Initially she worked on the problem by massaging the affected areas which worked really well over time.  I did have a setback and it was more massage, which in my mind worked really well, she did a fantastic job. I am now doing exercises on a regular basis to strengthen these areas, it has been very beneficial doing these, and Ramneet is very thorough at what she does, everything is explained and she is very patient with the process.
